Description

This is the transmittance curve of silicon substrate with A+A anti-reflection coating, tested in the 3.7–4.8 μm mid-infrared range.
  1. The transmittance reaches the highest about 99.0%–99.1% at 4.2–4.3 μm, with excellent optical performance.
  2. From 4.3 μm to 4.8 μm, the transmittance drops gently. It stays at about 98.6% at 4.8 μm.
  3. The average transmittance of the full 3.7–4.8 μm waveband is 98.86%.
