Description

This is the transmittance curve of silicon substrate with C+A coating, tested in 3.7–4.8 μm mid-infrared range.
  1. The transmittance reaches the highest about 98.2%–98.4% at 3.7–3.8 μm, with good optical performance.
  2. From 3.8 μm to 4.8 μm, the transmittance drops steadily. It falls to about 93.9% at 4.8 μm.
  3. The average transmittance of the full waveband is 96.9%.
