Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) Optical Windows are core optical window materials for both mid-wave (MWIR) and long-wave (LWIR) infrared bands, available in both native and multispectral grades and fabricated via CVD and hot-pressing processes. They feature high transmittance within the 8–14 μm LWIR band, superior optical uniformity and low light scattering, coupled with outstanding mechanical strength and corrosion resistance to deliver stable protection for internal optical elements.
